Rivers of British-Asian Blood Exhibition
Monday 26 May – Sunday 1June
With the British Asian community continuing to succeed and grow Rivers of British-Asian Blood celebrates the dawn of a creative British Asian identity. It also marks an inevitable social change in culture since Enoch Powell’s Rivers of Blood speech in 1968.
The Rivers of British-Asian Blood Exhibition will display photo-booth style images that will stand together line-in line, forever displaying strength in numbers and growth as a community. This project will continue to develop into 2015, with the aim of featuring some of the greatest South Asian cultural icons of the past 40 years.
